CHOW's Intense Brownies

I have an abnormally sized glass baking sheet. I think I need to make more batter than was specified above but I wanted to ask how much batter should be poured into the sheet (an inch? 2 inches?). Also will glass affect the cooking time/temp? Im afraid if it is too thin then it will come out uneven. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks

Please, could someone tell me what the heck is key lime zest? I clicked on the link but only got a history of Limes (whih is nice). Can I make it myself? Can I buy it here in Europe?

Any metric options available?

It would be great if your recepies could be converted to metric. Its a small detail but would really help me out as I (and I assume more than a few other readers) live in europe and have to always go to another site to convert them.
