Best meal I ever ate:
In Umbria, Italy, 2001: Fresh Umbrian spit-roasted lamb, flash-fried sage & squash blossoms, and salad. The wine was pretty amazing too.

Tequila Reposado & Honeygold Grapefruit Juice
I really wish I could:
Get a decent tomato in January.
