A second for Zweigles. I did a hot dog party last summer. Maybe 12 different weiners, mainly east coast dogs. People gave me orders for the next time I bought Zweigles. They are tasty.

This is obviously after the fact but try Snake RIver Farms online the next time you need a ham. It's what ham used to be before pork became the 'other white meat'. Very tasty.

Try the Bradley smoker. www.bradleysmoker.com. I have a digital one. I can cold smoke with a few minor modifications and I routiniely do several prok shoulders simultaneously for 20 hours at 180-190. Turns out superb and it doesn't request constant babysitting

It's not in The OC but Alexander's Prime Meats will order them for you. Comes in a 40 lb box and meaty enough to tos a few on the grill. Also, Claros in La Habra, in OC (barely) will order them as well.

The ice cream is apparently something called "Dandy Don's" brand, the chili is vegetarian and they offer an 8 sundae called "The Works" for $24.95. Google is a wonderful creation... Now to go find that ice cream... :)
