There are so many to choose from...Sunday dinners at my dad's cafeteria, holidays at Grandma's, birthday dinners where the birthday girl or boy got to choose the menu, even the big fund-raising dinner my high school youth group threw a few weeks back.

I really wish I could:
make a cake--I don't know what the problem is, but I can't make a decent cake to save my life, even from a mix! I don't know if it's operator error or if my oven temperature isn't accurate, or something else.
