Thanks so much for the suggestions! We ended up making a reservation at Elephant Walk - the menu looks perfect!

restaurant for large group - vegetarian friendly and w/in 20 min of Brookline

My school graduation is approaching (March 19) and a few friends and I would like to go out to dinner afterwards with our families. The ceremony is in Longwood, so around there would be perfect, but if we find somewhere good that's a little further away that's okay too. There will probably be 12-20 people total. We're looking for a place that is nice but not too expensive - maybe around $20 a dish. Also, one friend and her family are all vegetarians, so the menu has to be vegetarian friendly. And obviously the place needs to be able to accomodate large groups. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Jasper, Banff, Yoho

I'm going to the Canadian Rockies for my honeymoon in 2 weeks and am looking for some great places to eat. We're open to all cuisines. Preferably places that are nice but not super expensive, although I could use suggestions for 1 or 2 splurge nights.

Best outdoor seating outside of Boston (Cambridge, Newton, etc, anywhere that you can park)

I'm looking for restaurants with parking nearby that have pretty outdoor areas for seating. There have been so many nice days lately where I've wanted to sit outside, but didn't know where to go.

Boston area restaurants with healthy options

Thanks for all the responses....I'll have to check out a few of those places. Crazy that there aren't any nice restaurants in this city that have a healthy menu section! I think that people would want that. There is a fabulous place in Ann Arbor (where I'm from) that is very upscale and has about 5 amazing menu items w/ calories listed. I love it cause I can go there and feel like I'm not holding back but still know exactly how many calories I'm eating and not "cheat" on my diet :) That's the type of place I was hoping to find here. Oh well, I will have to stick to mostly going out on splurge days.

Boston area restaurants with healthy options

Does anyone know of any good restaurants in or around Boston that have areas of the menu devoted to lower-cal options? I know that they do this at lots of chain restaurants, but I'm looking for places that are a little more up-scale and where the food is great.

Non-chain restaurants in Boston area that list nutrition facts

I'm doing Weight Watchers and am looking for restaurants that I can go out to but know exactly how many calories I am eating. I know that nutrition facts are listed for many chain restaurants, but I am interested in places that are a little more up-scale. Does anyone know of any places that list their nutrition facts in or around Boston? I live in Watertown and have a car, so Newton, Waltham, etc are fine. I've been to restaurants in other places that have a "healthy" part of their menu where they list nutrition facts, but I haven't been able to find any around here. Thanks.
