Lunch at Trattoria Za-Za's in Florence, Italy. Dinner at Torro Bravo in Portland.. Midnight Cuban at Paseo in Seattle. Tapas at both Cerveceria Catalana and Paco Meralgo in Barcelona. Dinner at Ristorante Guidoricci in Siena, Italy.

My current drink of choice:

I'll get excited over a mimosa, a watermelon margarita, and a mojito, but my favorite drink is a glass of red wine (a cab, syrah, malbec, and especially a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo)

I really wish I could:

Travel and eat for a living =) Or do what I do - I'm lucky to love my job.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Baked brie with apricot preserves and peach slices. Carnitas.

My favorite comfort food:

Ice cream. Or nutella out of the jar with a spoon.
