Best lobster in Houston
We had Houton Rest. Week lobster tail at Pappas Steakhouse yesterday. Perfect in both taste and texture.

Maryland Style Crab Cakes in Houston
If you're looking for something like my favorites crab cake (Coins in Ocean City), you won't find it in Houston. Quirky little place called Texas Borders in Katy has a very nicely flavored "crab slider" but it's sure not jumbo lump.
Rule of thumb - don't eat crab cakes in Texas, and don't eat Tex-Mex in Maryland.
