Really hard to say. The lamb shanks at Union Square Cafe; the parpadelle with lanb ragu at Osteria Angelini. I guess the nod goes to the rabbit with parpadelle at Trattoria Scalinatelli in Boston's north end. That one I dream about.

Sing like a lyric soprano
