Napa Valley Grille, Westwood
My wife and two friends of ours dined at the Napa Valley Grille in Westwood on Saturday. What a treat we all experienced!
The quality of our dinner was absolutely exceptional--from the haddock to the duck and my rack of lamb. The jovial service and attention to our needs provided by our waiter--- simply superb. Additionally, the way the staff remembered the dual celebrations we were observing--a birthday and wedding anniversary--was refreshingly cordial and graceful.
I worked at The Ritz Carlton when the company received its 2nd Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award and thus am fully cognizant of service quality. I've dined at some of the finest restaurants in the U.S. and Italy. Given those credentials, I can honestly say that the General Manager, Tony, the Chef on duty that evening and the entire staff all deserve the highest of compliments.
Napa Valley Grille in Westwood is on par--if not, exceeds--the quality of The Ritz Carlton, hands down. Truly a FIVE STAR experience.
