I am an organizer of a group of 17 . We have planned a weekend in LA for 10/31 thru 11/2.

We need a moderately price restaruant for the night of the 31st in the Pasadena area, near the Pasadena Playhouse if possible.

Saturday, Nov.1, we want to go to a top rated restaurant and we have a budget for this of $100 per person

Went there last week with a large group. The food comments were very good (pasta) to OK. I did not think it was anything special. The service was good and the owner very friendly and willing to please. They do have live music although we did not stay to hear it.

I think it is worth a try.

There is a Mandarin Deli on Reseda Blvd. in Northridge. Also, I think the one in Monterey Park is still there.
