It was in the seaside town of Santa Maria di Castellabate, Italy. It involved sitting at a table on a cliff overlooking the sea.. garden produce, fresh homemade pasta, san marzano tomato, there were white figs at the end of it all.. it all passed in a heavenly blur.

I try and mix it up with more intimate dinner parties.. but when all the family is over (40+) of us.. it's baked cavatelli and meatballs just because it's easy, delicious and do ahead.

Pasta.. in all of it's wonderful variations.
