Airport to Santa Fe, Where to Lunch?

Will be arriving at airport in ABQ at 12:30 pm, I think it will be too long to wait till we get to Santa Fe for lunch. Please suggest where we might get a good introduction to NM food on the way to Santa Fe. We don't want to deviate too far from the route to Santa Fe. I had read about Blake's Lottaburger in Bernalillo, is that far? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Best Meal - No Jacket Required

Had a most wonderful dinner at Michael in Winnetka on Saturday night. It was our first time there and everything about the dining experience was wonderful. It was one of the most delicious meals both from a taste and visual aspect that we have ever had and I think even more spectacular than at a One Star Michelin restaurant in France in March!I Service was excellent and not stiff and the Chef, Michael came over and introduced himself, and when my husband asked the waiter if he could get a small scoop of the roasted orange sorbet after he tasted mine....the Chef brought it out with small cookie and told us how he made it! This was a true dining experience and we certainly will be back. Don't miss the foix gras appetizer, salad nicoise & fallen chocolate souffle!!!

Bistro or Cafe near Church La Madeleine

We will be going to a concert at La Madeleine on Monday, March 22. Need to be there at 7:30 pm for 8:00 concert. I am hoping to get a few recommendations for someplace close by where we can have a casual dinner before the concert. We are making our lunches the "main event" so something on the lighter side is what we are looking for.

Any Experience/Comments on These Cooking Classes?

We are going to be in Paris the last week in October and decided an informal cooking class would be fun. I have found the following and would appreciate any thoughts you might have on these or suggestions of others. We don't want to spend more than 100 Euro per person. We are staying in the Marais but would travel.
1. Atelier Guy Martin
2. Atelier de Chefs at Gallery Lafayette (we would go to other locations)
3. Olivier Berte

Thanks!

Any Experience w/these Cooking Classses?

We are going to be in Paris the last week in October and just decided that we may want to take a cooking class (nothing very formal). In my research I have found availability at the following and would appreciate any feedback on them:
Atelier Guy Martin
Atelier de Chefs (I was thinking about Galleries Lafayette location)
Olivier Berte

Also if you can suggest anyone else, that would be great. I don't want to spend more than 100 E per person. And we need some English spoken. We are staying in the Marais but will travel.
Thanks!

Restaurants/Bistro near St. Paul Metro-Paris

I have put those suggested on my list and if you were going to select somewhere a little more that 35E pp, for a special dinner, where would you go in the Marais?

Restaurants/Bistro near St. Paul Metro-Paris

We are leaving in a week for Provence and Paris. I know that there have been posts on the Marais previously but I would appreciate latest favorites within walking distance of St. Paul Metro (we are renting nearby). I am looking for 35 euro p/p and under. I appreciate any advice/opinions.
