Best meal I ever ate:

Pan seared ostridge in a coffee and lingonberry sauce...AMAZING!

My current drink of choice:

Water. I know i'm lame, but I love H20.

I really wish I could:

Learn so skateboard. But I think I would break my leg.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Roast chicken of some sort. There are so many ways to cook it and there is always enough food for eveyone.

My favorite comfort food:

Pizza or Mac & Cheese if it's cold outside

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

Ostello IL Centro, Harry's Country Club, Korma Sutra, Aladin Cafe, In-N-Out Burger. There are so may more, but I am saddly only allowed 5.

My most tattered cookbooks:

The Joy of Cooking. It's a hand me down copy from my mother that I think she only used as a paper weight. But if I ever have a cooking question the Joy can aways answer it.
