The dinner at MORIMOTO in Philly when I got engaged. Tremendous food, tremendous environment, tremendous outcome (she said yes!), and all with Chef Morimoto!

Red wines or Moscato di'Asti.

A salad of crab and avocado. Or maybe Foie Gras.

Roast chicken or Apple and Chestnut Soup.
