Love the odd-ingredient hyperlinks, but...
It's terrific how you can click on the not-so-common recipe ingredients for a really terrific description. However, it would be nice to know when that ingredient, if fresh, is in season. For example, the shiso leaves in the Green Tea and Red Shiso Granita -- it's rare that I have seen them at supermarkets. I have grown them before, but they seem to have a short growing season. Thanks.
