Cheap ethnic food in outlying arrondissements?

I second the falafel recommendation, even if it's more toward the center of Paris. This is the best falafel I have ever had, and it's really cheap (around 5-6 Euros).

Le Bouchon

Has anyone eaten here? What are your thoughts?

NY Times calls PDX food scene "seriously underrated"

Love Paley's Place! Tip: order a side of their new potatoes with their equivalent of the nicoise; they're deliciously seasoned!

PDX: Five Days Early Oct.

Stumptown coffee
