I am looking for a place to go out for lunch with my friend near 49th and 8th avenue. I came across Rice 'N' Beans between 50th and 51st on 9th avenue. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this restaurant or any other suggestions of restaurants in this area. Thank you!

Birthday Dinner in Atlantic City
I am taking my husband to the Borgota in Atlantic City on Friday night for his 26th birthday! We ate at Bobby Flay's Steakhouse two years ago and liked it. Any ideas where we can go for a good dinner? We may go just the two of us, or we may go with another couple. I want good food, with a good atmosphere. Thank you!
