was in my mom's kitchen several Christmas's ago... seared beef tenderloin fillet covered with boursin, grilled mushrooms and shallots wrapped in puff pastry baked in the oven and then covered with a port wine reduction sauce. The sides were a medley of fingerling potatoes, sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts roasted in olive oil and sea salts. For dessert pot de creme with homemade whipped cream

Iced triple grande two pump vanilla soy latte OR a glass of white wine any varietal

I really wish I could:

cook like my mom and have the time and money to cook a new meal every week
