how come my post is not showing up on the 'Greater Asia' board but when I search Thailand it comes up, also i have 1 reply but can't find it, am I doing something wrong.
Second trip to Thailand
I am returning to Thailand for my second holiday within 12 months, my first trip was with my 17 year old son and this trip we are bringig his mother along, i have a long association with Asia having spent 4 years in Singapore back in the 60's eating mainly street food especially around Bugis Street. We didn't have a lot of time to explore the Street Food during our last trip (too organised) this trip I would like to experience the real Thai Food and Culture so any help or ideas would be welcome.
My work experience over the last 30 years has been involved in food, mainly ice cream and sauce manufacture, anything along these lines would add to my knowledge and enjoyment.
We will be in Thailand from the 2nd July taking in Bangkok, the Golden Triangle, and Hua Hin.
