Best meal I ever ate:
So many to choose... Au Pied de Cochon and PM (Pret a Manger) in Mtl., Fuel and Vij's in Vancouver, Rathbuns in Atlanta.
My current drink of choice:
Capirinhas or Perrier with lots of lime wedges, not skimpy slices.
I really wish I could:
Eat out four times a week, eat whatever sounded best and NOT put on weight.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Pot-luck: hickory smoked almond stuffed dates wrapped in bacon and broiled.
My favorite comfort food:
Roast Beef, garlic mashed potaotes and le sieurre peas... pasta & cecci... capunti con broccoli... timballo (pasta al forno).
