Fab eatery in Mid Wales!

Went to the Lake Country House Hotel, Llangammarch Wells, Powys last weekend. Can highly recommend the restaurant (has an AA Rosette).
If you're feeling energetic there's loads of walks and the spa is gorgeous! Perfect for a pre-dinner swim perhaps?

If you want to push the boat out - I still love Nobu! They also make the BEST pear and cinnamon Mojitos - they're fab!
