My recommended places in Hunterdon County, NJ
I'm moving to Maryland tomorrow and would like to leave my recommendations for my home for the last eight years, Hunterdon County, NJ. I would consider all of these MUST eats if I was in town again.
1. Annandale Deli at 55 Beaver Ave., Annandale, NJ has an amazing, meaty Taylor Pork Roll, Egg, and Cheese for $3.75. Make sure you request salt and pepper.
2. Galasso's Pizza at 48 Bridge Street, Frenchtown, NJ has an amazing, tomatoey, square-shaped Brooklyn slice.
3. Aikou Sushi located at 63 Reaville Ave, Flemington, NJ has an amazing, saucy "monster roll" and "blackened tuna" roll. $12 each.
4. The "Bowzer" sandwich ($9.75 for a full as in 2 people can eat and be full) at Ye Olde Sub Base located at 29 Main St, Clinton, NJ is fantastic! Turkey, store-roasted roast beef, with Russian dressing is a definite winner.

Great sushi in Flemington, NJ!
Just wanted to give a big recommendation to Aikou restaurant on Rt. 31 in Flemington, NJ...if you go try the Monster Roll and the Blackened Tuna Roll. Both cost $12 and are extremely delicious. They have more traditional Chinese foods (fried rice, General Tso etc..) as well as a fine selection of traditional sushi and plenty of specialty house rolls. Also, they have a great lunch special; $12 gets you three rolls, miso soup, and a salad with a great ginger dressing. I've been four times now and the food has been very consistent. Just a word of warning though...the waiters don't speak the best English so try to be understanding.
