I'll drink just about anything except sweet martinis. But I would want to pack several cases of vintage Bordeaux and Super Tuscans with me to the proverbial desert island.

Eat whatever I want and not gain weight or shorten my lifespan.

Risotto.

Rotisserie chicken.

Montreal: Au Pied du Cochon, Toqué, Milos. Vancouver: Vij. Austin: Ironworks BBQ. I bought a house in Toronto...cramped my eating out a bit.
My most tattered cookbooks:
I mostly just read a bunch of recipes online and then wing it with the ingredients I've found or have on hand. But the page for basic tomato sauce recipe in Batali's book is covered in oil and tomato spatter. I've memorized it now.
