I'm looking for something made in Paso to serve at Thanksgiving and also to give as gifts. A friend of mine has recommended JanKris, so I'll be heading out to taste there. Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the Tablas Creek rec PolarBear! Several others I consulted pointed me to the Tablas Cotes de Blanc too. I also got a bottle of Vermentino from Tablas, which was highly recommended to me.

I'm attending a gathering this weekend where the host is serving Asian food. Since I live in Paso, I'd like to bring some wine for everyone to enjoy. Does anyone have recommendations for me? There will be a couple of wine snobs there so I'm a little wary about choosing on my own. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!!!
Paso Robles - Is Rose and Violet's Victorian Tearoom Still Open?
They used to be at 1032 Pine Street (by the movie theater), right? I drove by there this afternoon to check for you and it's a wine tasting room now, Kaleidescope Lounge.
There's a tea room in Atascadero you might try called The Tea Trolley. It's at 5932 Entrada Ave., behind the Carlton Hotel. It was closed when I went by, but it looks charming. Enjoy your trip!
