Impossible to say, but most recently foie gras biscuits and gravy at Animal in LA.

"Pork grilling strips" from HEB (odd loin scraps that you should definitely buy) grilled w/ancho, guajillo, chile piquin, cumin and lime juice/EVOO rub.

Japanese beef curry.

Can't say definitively, but a quick guess: Uchi - Austin, Gramercy Tavern - NY, Walker's Drive in - Jackson, MS, Philippe's - LA, Animal - LA.
