Arabiki sausage recipe
Looking for a recipe for arabiki sausage. Other than a course grind smoked sausage I really don't have any clue to the spicing for this. If anyone has a recipe or at knows the origins of this sausage (English, German, Portuguese), I'd like to try to make a batch.
