Unique beach hot dog in Cape May in the 70's
This may be kind of a reach, but can anyone remember a place on the beach in Cape May that served a rather unique hot dog? It was short and very fat and served split and grilled on an oval / racetrack shaped bun hamburger style? Think the place was called Chucks Dog House. Would love to find a dog or roll like that to recreate. Thanks.

Old Homestead in AC closing?
Last time I ate at the OH it was poor. Service was very slow and the wedge salad was blah. Steak was overcooked and not usual quality.
Wawa hoagies using a lot less meat
The economy and especially inflation has wreaked havoc on wholesale food cost. Restaurant food costs are up substantially which i'm sure contribute to smaller portion sizes

Best ballparks for food
gaffk i've been to most ballparks in the us and LA was the only one i felt unsafe. But Philly gets the bad rap. As far as the food goes nothing like starting the game at Bulls Bbq and topping it off throughout the evening with a coupla hot dogs ( love the fact they're served on potato buns.
