Looking for a great business dinner location in Miami (staying in Key Biscayne, but will travel). I am looking for an interesting, excellent location. No stodgy steak houses or boring fine dining establishments; I want a foodies place. Price not really a concern.

Verailles sounds wonderful, but I am looking for the "fine dining knocks your socks off" as I am taking important business clients..... any suggestions? Cuban would be ideal, but not critical.
