Best meal I ever ate:

An early 2012 stop at ICOB. We were treated to samples of most appetizers on the menu. A huge feast for a small group of us on a weeknight. Highlights were the Crispy Maine Shrimp, Honey Butter Biscuit, Oyster Sliders, and Lobster Roe Noodles.

My current drink of choice:

Spend life touring the world looking for great local restaurants.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Homemade guacamole and heirloom tomato salsa. Minimalist interpretation of both to show off local summer veggies.
