Japan street foods or snacks?

Could anyone share their favorite food site or blog that does a good job describing local snacks or small eats or how to graze in Japan? I'll be going to Japan in a couple of months (no itinerary yet) and would like to start reading about the kinds of tasty foods that are out there, so that I can zero in on a short list and then post again asking where I can find the "best of..." Recipe sites would be ok too, if the writing is very descriptive of what the food tastes like. Thanks!

Western Baked Goods in Beijing

I also like the baked goods at Comptoirs. The baguettes at Bruno Bakery (in the basement of the Pacific Century Place Mall, just outside of the grocery store check out aisles) are great--thick crust, dense and chewy crumb. They have white and whole wheat (distinguished by shape, one is pointier).
