These are very helpful suggestions. I'll let you know what the decision is. Sole looks perfect. Some creative dishes and familiar ones. We don't need to "wow" the foodies. We just want to make sure they come.

Dear Chow community,

I am going to Kitchener Waterloo to meet some family for dinner on Sunday. I was hoping to go to Three Kretans or Uptown 21 but they are both closed. We are going with a few very unadventurous (fussy) eaters and some real foodies. I am trying to find a place to please everyone. Not an easy task, I know. But they're best suggestion so far has been East Side Marios. I thought they were joking. It doesn't have to be fancy. I just want a nice meal. Please help or I may end up at East Side Marios.

Restaurant recommendations in Aix en Provence/Avignon

We ate at L'epicerie last night. They have a great terrace. The food was uncomplicated and delicious and we were very impressed with the value.

Provence - Special Restaurant

I am looking for a special restaurant near Avignon for my partners birthday on June 23rd. I am considering Christian Etienne but am wondering if there are any other restos that might be worth the visit or if anyone has thoughts on Christian Etienne. I am willing to travel within reason. We are staying 15 km south of Avignon.
