No one meal could take that title, but one amazing meal I had was the ribs at Le Restaurant des Jardiniers Maraichers on the South Shore.

Dinner party? Either dinner, or party, but not both in the same phrase, although entirely acceptable in the same evening. I'm too young for that. Ask me again in 20 years.

I haven't started using cookbooks regularly yet, I mostly invent stuff or use the recipes in my head, printed out from somewhere on the internet, or told to me by someone else.
