Looking for Dried Oysters, Fresh Anchovies, and Miracle Fruit as Ingredients....

Wouldn't frying the miracle fruit actually cancel it's effect?

Sour foods taste sweet?!

Hey has anyone here tried or heard of "Miracle Fruit"? Here's what Wiki says =) :When you eat the small berry, your taste buds that taste sour or bitter tastes are coated with something in the fruit called miraculin and it masks these tastes. Most articles about it say it makes pieces of lemon taste like candy and you can drink lemon juice like lemonade. It is supposed to last from 30 minutes to a few hours.

Here is a Wiki link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synsepal...

I was thinking of ordering some and doing a tasting party. Where can I get some? I also heard that you can get these in a pill form. Any ideas what the difference between a fresh berry and a pill is?

Thanks! =D

Does the word "foam" on a menu make your lips curl up?

It does kind of look like spit doesn't it...? =D

What's the best thing you've ever received trick-or-treating?

I once went to a house very late and they were all out of candy so they started giving out money. =D That was kind of neat.

Halloween themed Asian food?

You could make some clear rice noodles with dried plumms or black olives and fashion them up in kind of a spider web. Just an idea don't know if it could work or not. =)
