Best Place to Find Korean Pork Bone Soup....

US Prime in T.O.
The conventional wisdom is that the US has a more vigorous grading system and so their Prime is generally better (has more fat) than Canadian. This works in a "conventional" industrial food supply chain, but if you get into properly raised beef and butchers who know where their meat actually comes from it's of little consequence.
What butcher to get baby back ribs in Toronto?
You can't really go wrong with Cumbrae's. Just call ahead. Or call any reputable butcher ahead. If you're downtown and west, Healthy butcher love to do this sort of thing too. It's fun. I highly recommend calling ahead.
Sunday night in San Francisco

Sunday night in San Francisco
Friday's Range and Saturday's Gary Danko, what should our Sunday night be? Thinking we want to shift down a gear or two, or maybe not... Two couples, one from LA the other from Toronto, sans les enfants on a gastro-weekend. Help.
Warning (as if you needed a warning)
I believe the EC location was a 2nd Green Jeans. Amazed it's still around. Do they still sell rainbow shoelaces?
Early dinner before Opera
Many thanks.
As it happened we ended up at The Rex after all for a quick 1 hour turn around burger and beer dinner. It was great, actually.
Early dinner before Opera
Is there anywhere decent and quick around the Four Seasons Centre where we can dine at 6 to make the opera at 7:30? Will not be starving or looking for elaborate service, etc. At this point I'm thinking a burger at The Rex, but my wife would likely prefer something a little more refined...
Raffetto's Nesselro

Joanne Kates: where is she?
Just to be clear. She and her family run Camp Arowhon every summer. Not the hotel and dining room, though they're on the same lake.
