Amazing BBQ -- best I've had in LA. A few hours before pickup I ordered food for 25 people for a birthday shin-dig I was throwing. I learned about Bludso's BBQ from these boards and decided to give it a try.
First off -- the sauces are excellent. BIG fan of the Mixed sauce and the Hot sauce.
The Brisket is just downright amazing and they were my favorite. It literally melts in your mouth.
The Pork Ribs came a close second. Finding moist fall off the bone pork spareribs is not easy to do, but they did it!

Collard greens amazing; mac and cheese pretty good;
All in all -- no complaints. I only wish they had the Banana Pudding available today to try -- but I'll go back next time for it -- no doubt!
Oh, and one other bonus -- the staff is incredibly friendly. When I told them it was my birthday we were picking food up for, they threw in a slice of lemon cake, and had us sample the brisket and ribs. Top notch class here.
I'll definitely be back!
