Best meal I ever ate:

I've had 2 different versions of bar-b-q'd salmon, both cooked by friends that have left a lasting impression. Then again anything made with lobster is also my favourite.

I started thinking about this one and came to the realisation that I have a severe drinking problem. I just can't choose so I'll have one of each please.

Hmmm...I'll say beef wellington for sure.

My favorite comfort food:

I can whip up so many masterpieces but I can't beat tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

So far I like Dunn's in Montreal for an incredibly delicious smoked meat sandwich and Michigan Bar and Grill for some great back ribs. I'll add to this as my journey continues.
