Madrid cooking class / markets / foodie things to do
I'll be Madrid from Jun 1 to 3, just roaming around on my own during the day.
Can anyone recommend economically priced 1 day cooking classes? Any food markets (like la boqueria in Barca) to go check out? Or, just chill foodie things to do during the day while I explore. I love seafood.

Relying on the Boqueria for meals - Smart?
go to "el quim" in la boqueria. (the stall had wooden paneling) get the baby squid with eggs. hands down, best food in la boqueria.
chi 1 day cooking class - maybe pig roast??
Which 1 day cooking classes would anyone recommend in chicago? If there is something fun like breaking down a pig or something, that would be awesome!. Otherwise, i'm down for anything, just not a pizza class bc i'm not a big fan of white flour carbs and i'm lactose intolerant.
