Report on 2007 North India trip – before I forget all the details
I would not blame you for your experience. Most Indian food at hotels is catered to suit multiple palates. The better versions exist either street-side, at the big 5-star hotels or at small shops. In Delhi you could have visited Pandara road for a taste of Punjabi fare. Indo-Chinese cuisine is specially unique for its difference with traditional Chinese cuisine.
