I would say the $40-$50 budget includes all food and beverage, before tip and tax.

Convenient free parking, as in parking lot, would be a plus. Valet parking is fine. I don't want any of my guests to be driving around looking for street parking.

No particular neighborhood, except I'd like to keep it east-west between downtown LA and Santa Monica, and north-south between Hollywood and Culver City.

Need recommendation for 70th birthday, 25-30 people

I'm looking for a restaurant in Los Angeles to celebrate a 70th birthday party for about 25 to 30 guests. Ideally, the restaurant will be available for lunch on a Saturday and have a private room. If the restaurant is not available for lunch, then dinner will work too. I'd like to keep the cost to around $40-$50/person.

Any cuisine except Asian would be great.
