Best meal I ever ate:
An agroturismo near Cortona, Italy...the highlight of the meal was what they called "pasta con Bambi", handmade pasta with a venison ragu.
My current drink of choice:
Well, right now I'm drinking a Bibicaffe espresso soda. I guess generally my "drink of choice" is coffee.
I really wish I could:
Go out to eat more! With a toddler in the house there isn't enough time or money to go out very often.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
A layered baked polenta dish - exact ingredients vary depending on the season and my mood.
My favorite comfort food:
Roasted sweet potatoes.
