So hints the title, I am looking for a good Japanese restaurant between th areas of Federal Way and Pierce County; but also an affordable one. I was looking at Fujiya in Tacoma for starters, but recommendations and ratings are welcome.

Best meal I ever ate:
Wienerschnitzel, sauerkraut, and cold German potato salad at a a German Store/Diner in Virginia.. Or maybe that chicken teryaki bento box at Sakura Japanese restraunt (also in Virginia) - I'd say a tie.

Learn how to cook restaurant-quality ethnic food (Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, East Indian, Afro-Carribean, Middle Eastern, etc.)

Anything with shrimp, fish, crab, or lobster in it
My favorite comfort food:
Fried Chicken, Baked/Mashed Potatoes, and Sweet Kernel Corn...Also fish 'n' chips.
