Foie Gras in Old Bridge!?! New "JUST Restaurant" opens on Route 9
Went there on Friday night. Room is very nice, food is OK, prices are a bit expensive (2 with a half bottle $150) Too many nicer places to go drop $200 for a dinner for two, to go back
No-Knead Bread vs Traditional (Kneaded) -- How are they Different?

why do recipe writers and food 'journalists' insist on fuelling the balsamic vinegar fraud by constantly keeping it in their recipes and conversations. To find *real* balsamic is extremely hard and even when you do it is beyond expensive, so why not just use real red wine vinegar in lieu of bs balsamic or any other type of true vinegar like sherry? I know you like the sherry vinegar but what other types would you recommend people use if they cannot find REAL balsamic
thanks
Masala Kitchen, Marlboro, NJ
I had lunch there in March. so-so lunch buffet and really not worth going back for especially when there are decent options down the road in Edison. Also, whenever I pass by lately the parking lot is empty and in fact I actually thought it had closed down. Empty restaurants make me very nervous...who knows how fresh the food is??

Had lunch on Sunday. ordered the Duck Confit Quesadilla. Burnt, dry, tasteless and $11 for three small 'dilla's. What a total let down. All in all just another wanabee ripoff
