My buddies and I are planning a guy-trip next week. Two days in Nashville and then three days in Memphis. I think I have the two terminal cities covered (though more suggestions are ALWAYS welcome), but I'm interested in suggestions for places to stop along the way from Nashville to Memphis.

How about it? Any good dives or diners or joints? We're thinking about stopping near Shiloh at some point, but we're totally open to going out of our way if the food's good.
