Fugu liver at Ginza Sushi-Ko the month it closed. Also, the ricotta cheesecake with strawberries at Del Posto in NYC, washed down with Bastianich vineyard "Vespa Rosso" was perfection squared.
My current drink of choice:
Sencha, alternated with Black Himalaya SFTGFOP1 from Mariage Freres. Chinon and, when I'm feeling flush, an old Bordeaux.
I really wish I could:
Drink Cheval Blanc every night (or at least every month).

My latest comfort food is Époisses de Bourgogne. I certainly never ate it as a child. I guess our comfort foods can change!

Ginza Sushi-Ko (before it closed); TORIEI (Ikenohata, Tokyo - as much for the ambience as the food); Kai (NYC - unfortunately now closed, an apparent victim of the economy); Kondo (Ginza, Tokyo)
