My cookbooks (mainly Julia, Jacques, Nigella, Alton and Cooks Illustrated) stay pristine since I’m way too uptight and always type out recipes for fine-tuning. However Jacques is looking a little splattery since I’ve gotten a Le Creuset and am in stew frenzy.
