Cool but divey would be Little Annies (are they still there?) and the Woody Creek Tavern.

We love Carelli's in South Boulder, the front room has a fire place and some large circular booths and the back room is quieter. The food is wonderful... Try the Scallops(with capers, olives and tomato sauce and spinach) on the gluten free menu.
