Here's a hot tip...Bar Matchless on the corner of Manhattan & Driggs in Greenpoint, Brooklyn started serving food a couple of months ago, and recently added a PANELLE SPECIAL to the bar menu! Not only is it an excellent version of the Sicilian specialty, but it is available until 3AM! I'm certain that this is the first time the Panelle sandwich has ever been served in this kind of environment. Truly old Brooklyn meets new Brooklyn. Check it out!
