Dining options in Cincinnati & vicinity

We will be in the greater Cincinnati area ( east side ) the weekend of May 8th and are looking for a few good casual restaurants other than the big chains. A good wine list and a chef that prefers to use local & organic ingredients would be a plus. Any help would be much appreciated.
