A good beer or an expertly made cocktail. I lean toward Newcastle. I hate to admit I enjoy Cosmopolitans. A dirty martini sounds really good right now.

Handle eating offal. I can do sweetbreads, but that's about it.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
I'm adventurous enough to try something new for each dinner party. Even without a dress-rehearsal. I like to keep it interesting so there aren't many repeat performances.
