I had dinner there on Sat night with a small group of friends. We chose the chef's tasting menu with wine pairings and were completely satisfied. The 5 courses were well thought out, beautifully presented, tasted great and were well matched with their accompanying wines. After dinner the chef was nice enough to give us a tour of the kitchen and spent a lot of time talking with us. My son (who was not with us) is applying the culinary school and Chef Holota invited me to bring him back for dinner and said he would be more than happy to sit down to talk about the process of culinary school and the life of a chef in general. A very gracious offer which we will take him up on in the very near future.
